Zaxby’s

I’m tired of waiting in the drive thru lines only to find out they don’t have any milkshakes. Whatever their excuse, it’s unacceptable… and it happens a lot! Don’t have it on your menu if you’re never going to offer it. I’ll just start going somewhere else. Thanks anyways.

If youre lucky enough to read this review before you go, save yourself and dont. Not sure who they hire at this location but they seem to be pretty ignorant. They lack the skills (or the bare minimum work ethic) to do something as simple as put sauce on a slider. Not to mention the guy taking my order sounded like they’re passing a bong around the kitchen. They ruined the rest of my meal as well but I guess you could have assumed as much.

Had a chicken salad sandwich today. Nice change. Good value.

Place is gross in the kitchen, just like ALL ZAXBY’S. I service most Zaxby’s locations and what I see behind the scenes will gross you out. DO NOT EAT AT ZAXBY’S, ANY OF THEM.

This zaxby’s is the worst… i just ordered a salad… How do you mess up a salad… and the didn’t even give me my bread… I will not be ordering from them ever again…

IF I could give this place a 0 I would. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Zaxby’s or any other restaurant. The cashiers were fine, however the kitchen staff is apparently illiterate. They lost my order ticket, it was given to them a 2^nd time and still after 30 minutes of waiting I got my food. I was not the only one this happened to. Another customer ordered a salad and waited 25 minutes. After such a long wait I discovered the order was wrong. The cashiers gave me 2 cookies as an apology. Don’t waste your time patronizing this location. Drive a little further to another location.

Zaxbys is my favorite kind of food in the world. This one is crap. I am currently still waiting on my food, it has been 40 minutes. This is a new level of people who don’t know what the hell they are doing.

I got hungry and left the house for a late night snack. I didn’t really know what I wanted so I drove around and stumbled into this Zaxby’s. Now I like Zaxby’s a lot so I thought I had hit the jackpot. I was right… i hit a jackpot of late night tomfoolery! When I walked in the young lady at the front counter seemed a bit discombobulated. She was trying to handle too many customers at a time instead of simply breathing and handling each person one at a time. As a result, I waited to even be acknowledged longer than I should’ve because she somehow thought that i had ordered already in her whirlwind of thoughts that were faster than her body could process. Now I always order the saaaame dang thing when i go to Zaxby’s…a large Wings n’ Things. I attempt to order just that and the young lady tells me, «We’re out of wings!» Wait… hold up… rewind…what?! How the heck are you a place that is known for wings but you’re out of wings?! Like are you joking? Like really? I was kinda irritated but I realize that it’s not this young lady’s fault that they are out of the premier product of the store. I then order a chicken tender basket and an birthday cake milkshake. My order takes forever to come out but at this point i’m just happy to have food at this. I drive back home ready to dive into my food. I bite into a chicken tender and I lie to you not, it is the saltiest thing i’ve tasted in a looooong time! It tastes like they add seasoning to an already somewhat salty product which makes the taste almost unbearable. You’re out of wings at this Zaxby’s location and then you kill the chicken tenders too. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it’s definitely a sign of bad management, under trained employees, and just all out disappointment to the brand that Zaxby’s is trying to represent. And it just had to be at THIS location (area where much isn’t expected)…i’ll let you read into that however you want but this location is definitely not a great representation of Zaxby’s. I wasted $ 10.39. As to not end on a sour note. the milkshake was the only decent part of this meal. I won’t be revisiting this location any time in the near future.

Went once, it was not good. Made the mistake of returning after about a year, and had an even worse experience. My order took over 15 minutes, with only 8 customers in the restaurant. There seemed to be a lot of employees in the back, but most were cutting up, singing/​dancing, doing everything but their job. The ketchup dispenser was bone dry and the drink machine had only about 30% of their drinks in stock, no Coke or diet Coke available. Never going back.

Slowest Zaxby’s I’ve been to and they constantly mess up orders. Plus they seem to run out of something different every time (this time it was all forms of soda and cookies). They’re lucky they’re the only location within miles of me.

Well, I did it again. This place is my guilty pleasure (as are most of the restaurants I frequent). It’s just around the corner from my house and I always consider walking but I never really feel like eating there, and by the time I’m done I can barely walk around my home, so I just get the drive through.
At least twice a month I order the chicken finger plate for me and blackened blue zalad for my girlfriend. No beverages as we eat at home and the pair comes to 14 $ even.
The fries are crinkle cut perfectly cooked. As my stomach will confirm, I love perfectly cooked fries. Even the teaspoon of coleslaw is so good! The chicken fingers are awesome and endless. I’m not really sure how many come in an order because when I expect 5, there’s always a 6^th hiding out. When I expect 6, there’s a 7^th under the fries. Even the toast is great.
Onto the Zax Sauce. I would eat a baby if you dipped it in Zax Sauce first. I’ve literally bitten a finger thinking (or maybe hoping) that it was a fry covered in Z sauce.
My only beef with this location is that it takes forever. It’s not really living up to the title of fast food. That being said, whenever I order inside and it’s taking too long, they give me a free drink. Not so much with the drive through.
I will continue to come here twice a month in hopes to start buying clothes in XL.

I’ve given this place a few chances but I give up, this location blows. Fries are never fresh, wings are terrible, tenders are always way over cooked, and the yummy stale soggy toast. Only thing they get right at this location are the drinks.

Just showed up to this Zaxby’s and they are completely out of food. They have grilled chicken and that is it. No tenders, wings or even cheese for salads… Businesses should not be ran so poorly.

Two words… Belly Bomber. That’s all I have to say.

I love Zaxby’s, but not this one. Bottom line is the food is always too salty. They clearly add salt to the tenders and wings after cooking them. One time I looked at my food before eating and saw a ton of seasoned salt on my tenders. I gave it back to get a new order. The manager apologized and was surprised to see all of that salt. I thought maybe things would get better, but that hasn’t happened.
Customer service is always good and service is pretty quick and efficient.

Its good for Zaxby’s. The last time I went the staff was incredibly friendly. They were even smiling which is rare for businesses in this area. Something has changed for this location and its a good change. The times before when I went, I felt like I was bothering them for wanting to order food, once I went and they were out of fried chicken strips, zaxby sauce, bread, and soda. Perhaps the manager quit on ordering day and has since been replaced. Who knows. As always, I have to rate/​mention the ranch. Its really good for pre-​packaged ranch. Its my favorite fastfood ranch.

I love Zaxby’s because it’s one of the few places you can go to to get wings on a Sunday. However, this Zaxby’s is terrible. I went there one night and ordered through the drive through. While it took them a few minutes, they did bring the order to the car. But when I got home, half of the wings were cold! I had to drive back up there and return the food. Instead of getting a replacement, I just got my money back.

This is a sad day for me as a regular. Horrible customer service, where the correct attitude would have made the world of difference. Four different employees had all horrible customer service.
Negative Feedback: I always get my wings done a certain way (extra crispy) so, as usual, I ask for a wings and things in the drive thru. (1) The woman states this exactly «uummm…the cooks will cook them until they’re done.» So I asked if there was anyway you could ask the cooks to cook the wings for just a little longer since I’ve been going there twice a week for the last two years. (2) She states this exactly «uuu…you can ask the manager but I’m only doing my job and won’t break the rules.» I think what got me the most upset is how she said these sentences. She was very obvious about hating her job and not caring enough to give actual customer service. I drove away without one more word and called the location. (3) First time I called, a man answered and as soon as I asked for a manager he said «uuuummmm» and then HUNG UP! Yeah. (4) I called again and a woman answered and answered the phone as if she thought I was in the drive thru. So I said «I’m not in the drive thru»…she says «ookkaayy?» and I said «I’m on the phone with you right now, I am not in the drive thru. Is there a manager I can speak to?» She says «uuhhh yea, hold on.» (5) The manager with just her name (which I cannot recall). (6) I told her everything, including how her employees answered the phone and she gave me an attitude stating that they aren’t allowed to cook the wings extra crispy. I told her how I’ve been going there for two years at least once a week and always get it the same. I stated it sounds like her employees don’t sound like they like their jobs and I stated «to be honest it sounds like you hate yours as well.» I hung up and called five different locations in Atlanta with whom no one could give me a corporate customer service number. I had to call the ATHENS, GA location to get any decent help.
This is a sad day because I will no longer be going to that location. It’s almost like a break up. lol. DO NOT GO TO THE MEMORIAL DRIVE LOCATION if you want to be treated like a human instead of an animal.

Zaxby’s seems to be the only restaurant that makes a killing off of salads that aren’t healthy. I came here and ordered the blue salad, grilled chicken, and they provide a piece of halved and buttered toast with the salad. It’s very hard not to eat it if you’re trying to stay healthy… that’s some good butter.
RIght off of Memorial drive and just across the street from a Krogers, it’s a fairly new, really clean store, and I haven’t experienced any poor customer service yet so i’m cool with it.
