Words can not explain how happy I am I called Ted and Robert. I have had many businesses in the past and these guys know how to not only treat you, but also know their craft. I had three TV’s installed on the wall and they did an exceptional job doing so. They think on their toes and are very creative.

Fast Service… willing to work around my schedule and do a Sunday installation… cost lower than quoted over the phone… showed up on time… fast, friendly and efficient.
Excellent experience.

He just left about an hour ago and the TV looks great. They were right on time, professional, quick, and seamless. I shopped around and UE was the best deal by about ½. I was worried this would be a red flag and was thinking about using the more expensive places in fear that the price would be related to the quality, but I am very happy I chose to take the gamble. I would’ve paid double the price and there is nothing that any other place could have done better. Overall, very happy. Perfect install over the fireplace. Had him do it all, just had the TV and cable boxes and they brought the mount and did a perfect job. Even labeled the inputs so they’d show up when I changed the input from cable to Apple TV. And ingeniously mounted my Apple TV behind the TV so you can’t even tell its there. UE really went the extra mile.

Both the service and the mount I bought through him were less than half the price had I done it through a store. Excellent quality, great customer service. Prior to having him out, was debating whether or not this was something I wanted to pay for, and so glad I did! Would have never been able to do the install into aluminum studs in my wall myself. Also, he was able to help me save even more by ensuring that a smaller mount than I had originally planned on using would work for my tv.
