Had to rent from this location 4 times over the course of a weekend to move. Melvin and the crew were on their game and always accommodating! Would have NO problems renting from this location again and again. FYI: This is a BUSY location, so sometimes the lines may be long.

NEGATIVE1STAR!!! Oh man, So you think making a reservation will steer you clear of any hassle? Well throw that idea out the freaking window. I came to pick up my Uhaul, and knowing I would be running late, I called ahead and told them, they said it was fine, since they had trouble getting the key out of a truck that was intended for me. I arrive there 30 minutes later, assuming this was ample time for a company like U haul to take care of this«situation». I was in for a wide rude awakening. First of all the area, serviced clients who did not know what a line was. People were all over the place, stepping on the boxes being sold to move the items. The lady ahead of me had a reservation for a 6pm pickup, but it was only 230pm, and she was angry as to why there is nothing available for her. sadly, the line was obnoxiously long, so I had to stand there and listen to a complaint that was not very valid. When it was my turn a WHOLE20 minutes later. the guy had the nerve to tell me he did not have a truck for me. I told him I can take a larger or smaller truck, no problem. well no truck meant no truck. I wasn’t going to be compensated for, the only thing the guy could offer me was a a no charge cancellation. I asked about the Key being in the truck, and he said it was still in the truck. Apparently if you lock the key in the truck, they don’t call anyone out to «Jimmy» the car. they just idiotically wait til management takes care of it on a weekday. Anyhow I am not a fighter, my philosophy is that if you cannot help me, I am done with it. and so I said ok cancel I am leaving. I thought my moving day was over. until I was about to drive away, and one of the guys ran after me saying a truck was available that JUST drove up. They gave me 30 cents per mile off my invoice, after giving me that much grief. and didn’t really apologize. Customer service sucks, there is nothing but lame excuses on why trucks are not available at the scheduled times, and a whole lot of angry people in line. Just don’t come to this location if you can avoid it. Moving day is stressful as is, it’s just added pain… My friend never saw me PO but now he has… So Yeah AVOID this place, it’s a pain in the Ass… Wish Unilocal had — stars. cause if it did UHaul at this particular location would receive it. complements of a very PISSEDOFFCLIENT UPDATE: I returned my vehicle 4 hours after using it, and because of their lack of work ethics, I was charged an extra day, and they will not be returning me the difference. Please do not come to this location EVER. the manager is a retarded loser who was so not polite. Avoid this place at all cost.
