I like supporting small businesses, this one is a family business ran by a skilled baker, always positive vibes. Come here for authentic Caribbean treats, they take great pride in their baked goods, I cant get enough and neither can the locals, they definitely will be needing a bigger spot. My favorite thing to order is the raisin buns!

Called to ask how much for 2 layer cake, some woman answered and said«we do not sell cakes anymore» then hung up before I could find out what they do sell. Poor customer service. Put your menu on line if you do not want to talk on the phone. Do not think I will be visiting this spot think I will spend my money else where!

I have been missing home for some time now, so I just had to go and get some cruzan food. On the bakery side I got butter bread(fresh out the oven), coconut drops and sweet buns. The butter bread was so good that we finished more than half the loaf and we were still waiting to order from the hot food side, so we bought another one. The sweet buns tasted great but the coconut drops were okay. On the hot food side I got saltfish, season rice, dumplin, okra, stew fish and johnny cake. Everything was seasoned to perfection and took me back to my childhood. I cant wait to come back!

This bakery is the same bakery that you find in Christiansted, St. Croix USVI for my fellow Caribbeans. They have great bush tea and homemade drinks too!

I am making it my goal to try all of the Caribbean spots in Atlanta. Yes, there are bars on the windows but don’t let them stop from walking inside. I would highly recommend Johnny’s Cake, which is salt-fish and bake. Delicious! I will definitely be back and I also adore their salt-fish fritter($ 1.00). There is plenty of parking, but this is a grab and go establishment, not a dine in. They also have oxtails, jerk chicken, macaroni and cheese, etc. I will definitely be a regular for the Johnny cakes for $ 3.00 bucks. Enjoy!
