The Cedars of Chalet

So far so good. Quiet area ducked off in the woods. I gave 4 stars due to the bug issues caused by the trees? There are spiders, moths etc outside everywhere and sometimes the creepy crawlers get inside. the leasing process was okay. The leasing agent joy assisted us. She was really nice. The leasing manager is cool too. Ive met a maintenance lady and she’s always bubbly. Spacious apt for a 1 bed though. Not a lot of noise. Will update in the future …2 month here

I wish I could give no stars! Let me say this… I have lived her for 6 years and the neighborhood would have potential if a management company that cares about residents stepped in. I have only stayed as long as I have because of the square footage and rental price but this is a prime example of you get what you pay for… there is paint pealing off the walls no handle on the stove BLACK mold on the ceiling dishwasher doesn’t work only tub in the house leaks not closet doors attached to the tracks visable water damage on ceiling leaking sink kitchen is very dated and missing drawer faces .I could go on and on but you catch my drift… then there’s the locations here is NO SECURITY WHAT SO EVER… there have been numerous murders robberies and countless crime in the area… I have called the police on my neighbors in the past 60 days a total of 3 times due to drunken fighting outside of my house and treats to shooting one another… the police never even come!!! No one wants to feel unsafe in their own home and especially feel scared and know that no one not even the police will help them. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy and if I could afford better I would have left years ago but January 1^st I will leave this place and never look back. If you care about your family or where you live don’t make the same mistake
