Very bad. Unclean bathrooms, dilapidated building, some of the staff seemed nice but most uncaring. I have never been in a doctor’s office where the people working there don’t smile at guests, seemed like they just wanted to get out of there(which I don’t blame them, that place is disgusting) I waited about an hour in a room after seeing the nurse then they switched me to another room — then finally I see someone but its not my doctor — it’s her assistant. I do not trust this place, save yourself from this horrible experience.

Scary to say the least. Why? Because I worked here and after witnessing office procedures that put patients at risk and a refusal by the office manager and staff to correct these issues I couldn’t return. Things like lab reports that needed to be addressed immediately were left for days or weeks, before a provider was given the report — I’m talking about lab values considered to be potentially life threatening, placed in a pile of hundreds of other reports with normal and routine results. And when this was brought to the attention of the office manager I was told that it had never been a problem in the past and I should stick to what I was hired to do. I thought this to be quite an obsurd reaction considering I’m a Physician Assistant and I was hired to treat the patients in that office, the same office that had no policy on what to do with lab reports that had critical lab values that should be addressed immediately and not several days later. This was my job. And the Nurse Practitioner that was working without a DEA number prescribing narcotics using the physicians DEA credentials. Dangerous? Probably not but if the facility and those who were in charge were so quick to violate state and federal law by allowing this to continue, what else would they allow to happen? Needless to say after about 5 days at this facility I couldn’t return. My advice: Avoid this place like the plague.
