Smoothie King

I recently went there to get a smoothie. As soon as I walked in the door there is a very odd order in the entire place. To make the experience even worse, the customer attentiveness was lacking, compared to other smoothie kings I frequent. Doubt I’ll ever go back to this one. But I hope they improve based on this feedback.

This location is very convenient to my house, but employees are very ghetto… I went thru the drive thru and had questions so I pulled to the window. First, I waited a long time before getting anyone then someone yelled that I have to order at speaker. Unprofessional isn’t even the word… So someone else finally came and apologize for the other person. I asked about diet down and they told me if someone wants diet down they just give them whey protein. I ended up leaving and going to the one on turner hill in lithonia

When I attempted to place an order, I was told that several ingredients were not available or that certain menu items had been discontinued. This was not a problem because the young man informing me of these changes was very patient and polite. The problem occurred when I reached the drive-​thru window. Instead of greeting me, a female employee glared at me and then told the young man making my smoothies to «hurry up so this lady can stop staring at me like she crazy.» When I brought her behavior to the manager’s attention he seemed appalled and said that he would speak to her about her poor customer service. Regardless of what action he takes, I will never purchase anything from this location again. She seems like the type to put something extra and undesirable into your cup. This was even more ridiculous than the time that my son accidentally dropped his smoothie before he even took a sip and I had to pay to replace it even though we had not even stepped away from the counter.

This location is SUPER clean.
The workers are very friendly and friendly.
My piña colada islands always taste just like they should.
