Ramada Decatur

The folks that work the front desk are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet in your life. It does the job for a low price. If you are looking for a 5 star place though this is definitely not it. But the staff are just some sweet Southern hospitality kind of people. My friend and I stayed one night and they had a double bed non smoking room available. The rooms also have microwaves and a refrigerator which we did use. Other than that it’s pretty much no frills. I also hear they do free breakfast but I believe it’s just your typical cereal/​bagels/​continental type. It’s a small hotel but there’s plenty of parking and if you have a short stay it does the trick! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. I will say it was very loud at night and we could hear everything through the thin walls.

We got there at 2 am and we were all exhausted from our long drive, the clerk was super sweet to my wife. Matched the deal we found online and got us the keys super fast! It was a great stay with plenty of room and cold A/​C. It was a quiet room and I would stay there anytime I go through Decatur. Class A Staff! Now if only I could manage to get my blue body pillow back that I left there! lol
