Pizza Hut

We had a large garlic knots, which comes with cheese balls on the top of the crust and we added some bacon and extra cheese topping. It was hot enough, took about 20 mins and delicious!

Ordered delivery online, and was given the wait time of about 30 – 40 minutes. After over an hour goes by with no delivery person at my door, I called the store to get an update on my order. The staff who answered the phone were rude when telling me that the wait time was quoted as two hours and not the 30 – 40 minutes like I had read, and that my delivery will come on their schedule with it arriving at 10:30pm. I could have made my own pizza and pasta from scratch in half the time it would take me to get this «simple» dinner for my visiting friends. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere

I always buy my pizza here. The location is always very clean and pizza is ready in about 15 minutes. Pizza is always made correctly and hot when I pick it up. I haven’t had one problem here.

They only thing that I don’t like about this location is that they don’t deliver to the house!
I ordered carry-​out today and to my surprise, when I picked up the pizzas, the cashier offered to help with them and our 2-​litter Pepsi to the car. Never had experienced that!
Oh & she took the initiative to offer me packets of parmesan cheese and peppers, amazed me much ;)
Usually the Pizza Hut employees never deliver this type of service– not around this area.
By the way, the pizza was exactly what I ordered and it was importantly, HOT.
Keep up the good customer service!

This location does not even deserve one star… not because mistakes happen but because the management has to know there are issues (look at the past reviews) and does not exercise appropriate conflict resolution. I made a phone order for several pizzas for a small «going away» gathering for one of our employees at Emory Healthcare. I placed the order about 11am & it is now 2:00pm and the pizza is still not delievered. The manager, «Amir» said that the delivery driver’s car broke down and that is the reason for the delay. I am not sure why we did not receive a phone call regarding this problem but our staff lunch has been completely ruined! Amir said he would have the pizzas remade & delivered fresh within 15 minutes. (This was bout 45 min ago.) As I am typing this email, the pizzas are delivered by an older Caucasian man. He said he was the one whose car broke down but could not state if the pizzas were remade. (They were not hot at all). He then stated that he is emotionally «unstable» & that he is a war vet & «they shouldn’t treat people this way.» He backed up & pointed at his head & said he’s sorry but he needs help. (This was extremely disturbing. I would hate for him to lose his job but he seriously needs help. We are utterly disppointed… and hungry… cold pizzas it is I suppose.

I would not rate this pizza hut even a single star.
A couple of weeks ago i ordered a chicken supreme pizza and some hot wings and they said i can pick it up in 20 minutes. They took a complete 45 minutes,
Then when i went home i realized it wasn’t even the pizza that i ordered it was a pepperoni pizza so i called them back and no one would answer the phone guess it was too late and they were closed. I decided to eat that pizza anyway and as i was half done with it i found two roaches inside the crust like they were having a good time on the pizza and somebody just threw sum cheese on them and threw them in the oven. I ended up throwing away that pizza. Next morning i woke up sick with a messed up throat i decided to call the store to complain about it and the guy was the worst manager a business could have. Rude as hell started cursing over the phone and that just pissed me off so i hung up.
Last night my sister decided to order some pizza from the same location and i reminded that guy i had called earlier bout roaches in my pizza and to make sure it does not happen again and for another time the manager started cursing over the phone, i gave him my phone number so he can check what i ordered last time and what they gave me but instead the manager said «don’t give me that bullshit. Or els i would not serve you» and thats exactly what he said.
A little advice for the manager, If you don’t know how to talk to your customers you DO NOT deserve your job.
This location has the worst management and customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.

So we got really domestic while watching NFL football this past Sunday and decided to order the new bacon/​cheese filled crust pizza that kept being advertised between commercials.
1. It took over 90 minutes to arrive. 2. When I called after an hour, I spoke to the driver and she hadn’t even left yet. 3. It was cold when it arrived. 4. They charge $ 3 delivery fee to make us wait.
I hate you.

This Pizza Hut location has got to be the by far worst Pizza Hut ever… I have never gotten a good experience with them. It’s always cold pizza and bad attitudes… And unfortunately for me it’s the closest location to my house. Tonight was my last attempt and once again I received horrible service. I cancelled my order and called papa johns and it felt like a breath of fresh air they were so polite … Pizza Hut has officially lost my business thanks to this location.

I will say that Pizza Hut is my favorite of the chain delivery spots. This is the location that is slated to deliver to me even though another one is closer to my home. Pretty ridiculous. Because that pretty much means I end up with cold pizza. Which defeats the purpose of ordering pizza entirely. I have ordered here probably around 5 – 6 times. After my first ordering experience, I learned to instruct them to ensure the pizza is hot upon delivery. It has only arrived hot once. The rest of the time it is lukewarm or worse.
In my last order, I ordered their pizza box deal with an upgrade to the cheese bread. Well, pizza was already cooled down, breadsticks were in the box instead of the cheese bread, and we had no dipping sauce for the cinnamon sticks. Overall, very disappointing. I called the store to complain and they gave me a credit for the cheese bread. So glad I have moved away and can order from some place else. Now I just gotta figure out how to use my credit.

Food:
It’s your standard Pizza Hut pizza, nothing special.
Atmospehere:
Small, no seating. Basically, take out service only.
Staff:
Store staff has always been very friendly, fast, and courteous; Delivery staff is always friendly and courteous, but they have been late delivering my pizza on at least three occasions, BUT they have also been very fast on at least two occasions also, but then I only live two or three blocks away from them!
Summary:
If you’re looking for the average PIzza Hut experience you’ve got it here, the pizza has always been fresh and my order has always been correct, no complaints. Delivery is hit and miss when it comes to speed.
