I’ve been coming here for four years and something changed all of a sudden. The nurses who ran the place were gone as of three days ago. I was put in a consult room and forgotten about for at least 45 minutes. I decided to make use of the time instead of sitting there idle and made a phone call to setup a hair appointment. Of course that’s when Kobe walks in and she promptly tells me to get off the phone or she will go see another patient. Ok ma’am do you realize how long I’ve been waiting for YOU? Perhaps I was there on an off week but don’t treat your patients like that.

Absolutely best place. Dr. Pancer and his staff are the kindest people around. Dr. Pancer delivered my first child and was very helpful through out the whole process. Recommend 100%.
