I couldn’t even give it a star cuz it wasn’t good under the old management Warshaw Properties but managed by this new régime have took a turn for the worst. New management company TREMMANAGEMENT would rather quote current occupants higher rates to renew than new prospects when they are a number of abandoned boarded up buildings, vacant apartment unvented for over a year, rats, mold and a sub-standard pool that is closed more than it’s opened. They are more interested in increasing the rent for those loyal occupants than making improvements to the aesthetic of the complex. In addition you have to pay for your repairs in the apartment. What kinda shit is that? Do not and I mean do not stop… Pay a little more for an apartment you do not have to repair yourself and still looks appealing with amenities that are available when you need it i.e. the pool that has bankers hours!
