Ice House Lofts

I’ve been living here for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier. I will adjust the review if things change, but I had a super-​fast response from a service call and my interactions with the office staff have all been friendly and professional. The loft is awesome. The appliances are updated and the industrial feel is super-​cool. I have seen no evidence of messiness or dog waste left around. Many people here do have dogs but other than an occasional bark, it’s never been noticeable. I feel very safe here and I walk my dogs at all hours. I have only heard my neighbor one time and he was vacuuming, so that’s pretty normal to hear in an apartment. The MARTA rail station, a Kroger, and MANY restaurants are within easy walking distance. But, we do pay for that premium. This place isn’t cheap but I moved here wanting a walkable life and that’s what I’ve got. My only gripe is that they closed the pool over Labor Day. Down here, we could’ve been swimming until October.

Late to respond to service calls, late to respond to calls to the office. The residents are messy — there is constant garbage everywhere and feces from dogs all over the sidewalks. Cigarette butts everywhere. My neighbors are rude and noisy, and the walls are thin.
