Honeycoated Nail Spa

While in town visiting for a wedding I decided to get a mani/​pedi. In the state I live in I had been going to the same nail tech for over a year and she had her own private business, which has been more appealing than the big shops and i love the thought of supporting small businesses. A friend recommend a place to me, but when I saw this on Unilocal I decided to hold off and give this place a try. Site is very professional and work looks very clean. I told several friends about my new find to include the wedding party. Unfortunately, the poor customer service hindered me from trying what could have been an awesome experience. I saw the hrs, so I went to the site to book. I did not find the service that i was interested in so I called because I didn’t want to book and put my card info in until I was sure of what I was getting. As I’m calling a text comes through «can’t talk.» That’s understandable. I go on to ask my yes or no question about a service and she sends a general message back referring me to the site. I explain I’ve been to the site and need more clarification, no response. Customer service and offering great services/​products go hand in hand, so everyone I recommended and I are back on the hunt for another small business.

I thought I was booking a pedicure at a normal run of the mill spa, but to my delight Niya is a one women show. You get 100% of her attention and it shows. I am not sure I have ever enjoyed a pedicure more. I will be back!

What a wonderful experience at this salon. Niya uses organic ingredients and essential oils to really show she cares about going above and beyond quality wise. She pays careful attention when doing your nails and mine look amazing. Will definitely come again for such a pleasant, quality experience and encourage others to do the same.

My feet, hands, and nails felt very well taken care of and looked great after Niya took care of them. I had the King Bee mani and pedi and left wondering why I would ever work on my on nails. Niya is an entrepreneur who rents a room in an office building so you’ll be the only customer there and the focus of all her attention. Her space is clean and neat, just try to ignore the overhead fluorescents. You’re not paying for a fancy space. All your money goes into great work, personal attention, and all natural products. Treat yourself and let Niya take care of of you.
