So today on my lunch break I go to Dairy Queen. I order my meal. When I pull up to the window after waiting around 5 minutes they hand me my food and Julius and take my card. Then proceed to tell me they can’t take my card because there machine is down. I tell them I have no other way to pay them and ask if they told me when I ordered if they couldn’t take cards or had a sign stating that. The answer was no and they asked me to give the stuff back and there was nothing they could do. Absolute joke and management should be replaced. I’ve worked in customer service and that is no way to handle the situation. What did they do with my food that was already in my car and Julius I already put the straw in? Serve it to someone else? Throw it away? It was not my mistake give me my damn food. Also was late back to work because of this.

I enjoy this Dairy Queen very much!!! The workers are always polite and courteous, and always have a smile on their face. The workers also all seem to know what their doing, and I have never had a problem with my food. Overall I am very pleased with this Dairy Queen

Sadly this Dairy Queen hasn’t learned how to correctly make an orange Julius, hopefully I won’t be disappointed next time.
