Only 3 stars because the prices are pretty steep. I stopped in for breakfast to try out something other than fast food. It looked more like a boutique with jewelry and fancy knick knacks. The two ladies inside were working on cakes. I wasn’t sure where to order and then one of the ladies directed me to the counter over to the right. She showed me their menu and also suggested some of the pastries in the case. The cinnamon rolls looked very good. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese croissant. I could hear her scrambling the eggs in the back, good sign. Also heard a microwave…:-/ It was a decent size sandwich with flaky croissant, plenty of ham, freshly cooked scrambled eggs, and melted cheese. There were two wedges of orange in the box as well. It was pretty good but still a little pricey at just over $ 7 with tax. I think I’d still come if I didn’t want fast food but come willing to pay.

Extremely disappointing, pass this little bakery every morning on the way to run, started raining so we stopped to eat, got there at 7:03 they open at 7 still closed, greeted at the door by «oh did you want to come in, we were closed on Sunday and don’t have anything.» We turned around, won’t be back, a woman in the parking lot told me she heard they were mean, yup. Too bad too, great location.

The Corner Bakery & Eatery is a nice little lunch spot that offers a good variety of lunchtime eats, from flavorful soups and delightful southern salads to daily specials such as quiche and specialty sandwiches. The décor is «thrift store chic» and very cozy and comfy. The staff is very attentive — save room for fresh baked pie or cupcakes. The real star of the dessert tray is the«cake bites» — unusual and delicious.
