I had a Horrible experience with the tech-support team. I requested my service to be transferred to my new location and the Agent insured me that my order was placed in the service will be running shortly. Unfortunately my service was not transfer and the call again by the agent with no call back either. I spoke with two of the agents one of them transfer me after waiting for 15 minutes to talk to him. The second one ended the call without solving the problem. Now I still don’t have any connection to the Internet. I also used chat service after two I had the worst experience by phone from the tech support team. Even the chat was ended after he told me wait three minutes to solve it. Very poor customer service.

I finally figured out how to get good customer service from Comcast — show up in PERSON! I had a digital converter that wasn’t working and after working with an online representative who tried to help(and really tried), the representative put in a ticket for me to go to a service center and turn in my converter for a new one. Upon entering the store, I immediately noticed the security guard — a real one. The kind that looks like he might actually kick some butt if he needed to. His presence makes sense because if there is one company that will make someone get physical, it’s Comcast. One guy was there complaining loudly and he mentioned how he understood why a security guard would be needed to deal with frustrated customers; he appeared to be one, yet non-violent; possibly due to the security guard. Because my transaction was simple and documented in the system, I was in and out in a few minutes. And based on this one experience, my review is four stars. If it’s been frustrating working with the overseas representatives(we’ve all experienced this agony and empathize), maybe make the time to go in person to handle your issue. This service center is conveniently open on Saturdays from 9 – 5, and there is ample parking in the shopping center lot(Wesley Chapel Square). Unilocal 100 #46
