The rib tips are so delicious I love this place. I always get the sauce on the side. I been going here for ten years.

This is a great Rib Shack.
They really do their ribs the old fashioned way and proper way, low and slow. So slow in fact that sometimes they are out of what I want to order so I’m docking a star lolz.
The ribs are well seasoned and the bbq sauce is a tangy but not too sweet mixture that does not overpower the flavor of the meat.
With a meal, you get a generous portion with a side of bread.
The rib tips and burnt ends are especially yummy.
Service can be a little slow at times as their is usually one person working the shack but it’s worth the wait. If you have a large order — you should definitely call in the order first.
Skip the franchise places if you want the real thing in Decatur… this place has got real bbq.
