This week I went into the office and met Neil and Tara. They provided great customer service. I refinanced my car loan and stopped by the office to provide the information of the new lean holder. While I was there we reviewed my home insurance to make sure I was property covered. I recommend their services.

I used Neil’s office for quite a while with no issues. After switching vehicles they continued to charge me for the leased vehicle that I turned in. I assumed it was a mistake and called and asked them to remove it and they said they would. They never actually did. Now they won’t refund me the money for 6 months when I didn’t have my car. I called again to complain and the lady at the office was extremely rude and hung up on me. I emailed neil about it and he offered no apology. He said he would see if he could get the charges removed. I followed up by email to him and he never responded. I have called allstate at least 5 times to resolve the issue but no luck yet. Very unprofessional
