Pros: Cheap if you play at the right time, good for working on your iron and hybrid game, friendly staff and readily available drink cart (if you don’t BYO), ample parking.
Cons: Forget about hitting your driver, slow greens, rock hard tee boxes, near the hood of Detroit, scum-​pond water hazards and one of the dirtiest rivers you will ever see.
Leave your drive at home if you come to play this executive course. Even the par 4s are too short, narrow and funky to hit the 1-​wood with any confidence. Not what I’d consider a «real golf course» but OK if you want to work on your short game.
