Went in for a spray tan on 5÷24÷16 and Freda the front desk girl was a sweetheart and walked me through how to use the spray tanning machine. She was very friendly and informative. It was 30.00 for one spray tan but they have a special for 5 for 75.00. I told her I would pay for one tan and asked if I liked it and wanted the 5 for 75.00 if I would be able to pay the difference and she said it would be fine. I love my spray tan and will definitely be upgrading.

I came here to get blue eye contacts for Halloween, and they were $ 20 which was a decent price. I was happy with them, and I asked the ladies at the front desk if they had threading services available. They said they were closing soon and they didn’t have anyone for it until the next day. I came back the next day, and asked about a woman that one of the ladies the day prior recommended to me, they stayed that she was amazing at threading. The woman was available but she told me if she didn’t have her thread she wouldn’t be able to do them. She looked in her purse, and had her materials (I thought this was weird because she should have them everyday if she specializes in eyebrows but whatever) so I was happy I was going to get my eyebrows done by someone who was apparently very good. I asked her before she started if I could keep mine a little thicker, with an arch. In the end, my eyebrows looked mediocre. They did not look at all what I was expecting, they were thick still but my she made my eyebrows too thin after the arch. I wasn’t very happy. After this, she asks me if I wanted to get my upper lip threaded, basically stating I have upper lip hair, so after that she did it for free, probably realizing that she sounded rude. After this experience I haven’t come back. It was okay, but I’d rather get my eyebrows done somewhere that will do a lot better of a job.

Ann was so amazing and fixed the ugly bangs that I received at another salon. She was so sweet, patient, and she listened to exactly what I wanted done to my hair. She’s a blessing.

I went in to do my hair and eyebrows for my sister’s wedding. I can honestly say it was one of the most horrid experiences I’ve ever had. I had a prior appointment with Ann. I was incredibly pressed on time seeing as how I had to drop off the bride at the studio at noon. I went in at 9 a.m. Ann came at 10:30 a.m. I had done my eyebrows a week prior to the wedding but I just wanted them to look extra clean. I also decided to have her wax my upper lip. She took half an hour to finish me but it was mainly her talking and the actual time I was being waxed was about 5 minutes. If that. So I knew that it can’t have been a good job. The area was too red for me to examine it properly and I had to immediately get my hair done in order to take the bride at noon. She went to do my hairstyle and I showed her a picture. It looked nothing like the picture by the time she was done and the curls were limp. She took an hour and a half to finish. I immediately proceeded to run to Mirna’s room in order to help my sister into her dress and take her to the studio. I paid $ 20 for the wax which is overpriced seeing as how you can easily get a full face wax for $ 25 and I paid $ 60 for the hairstyle and ran out of the salon in order to make it to the studio on time. The following days after the hectic craziness of a wedding and graduation parties, my family continuously told me that I had a dark upper lip and I needed my eyebrows done. When I properly examined the work in the mirror, I was beyond upset. It was as if I had never gotten a wax done and my eyebrows were made way too far apart. I called so they can fix it and I recieved shockingly horrid customer service. They said the second I walked out of the salon, I could not go back and get it fixed because it was too late. That’s unacceptable and unbelievably rude. Avoid this crap place at all costs! Go to any other salon and they’ll do a much much more decent job for a lot cheaper. Don’t waste your money here unless you want shitty service and even worse attitude.

After researching salons in the area, I thought I’d give it a try. The dector is nice… if your into over sized leather sofa seats. Old school John Wayne movies playing in the waiting room? I thought this was a salon, not my grandparents living room! I only waited 15 minutes after my appointment time for my stylist to walk in and call me Kathleen… for highlights? That’s not my name. She then searched the building for a cape. explaining they were all dirty! she continued to remind me, during my 3 hour long hair appointment, how the highlights are damaging my hair and she’s gonna fix it! Coming from a lady who’s hair was frizzy and barely touching her shoulders. I will admit, my highlights on the top came out decent. Pin size blonde streaks. When I got home to pull my hair in a pony tail, that’s when the zebra stripes revealed them selves! THICK blonde streaks under my new dark brown hair! I cried a little lesson learned… I will NEVER return to this «up scale» salon! 150.00 for hideous hair! Very disappointed…

Love it here. The entire building is beautiful inside, and it’s so much bigger than it looks from the outside. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve been tanning for years and I’m so glad I finally checked this place out. I was so pleased with them I bought a package the first time I tried even a regular bed. A++
