Let me start off by saying I’m not a local to the area. I attempted to ask the front desk librarian about obtaining a guest card or permanent library card, to which she offhandedly responded that no I could not and must go to the library in my city, which I’ve visited before and it appears run down and closed. She had no response to this but did offer directions and a map of its location which sort of made up for her rudeness. So I’m a huge fan of customer service and, seriously, the librarians who manned the front desk were downright rude. I can’t stand that. The interior of this library was really lovely and clean. Seating was modern and in the front section by magazines and journals there is a quaint book sale with inexpensive($ 1 hardbacks) newer reads. I purchased 3 popular books. So again, this is still a business to the outside public and(directed the ladies up front) they need to paste a smile on their depressing faces and act like they care about visitors. I DO plan to return and if their act isn’t cleaned up I’ll update this review as necessary and file a formal complaint.

Great library, friendly help at the counter. The crucified are kid and adult friendly.
