They just blew off my 8 – 12 window and my only option was to leave a message at the main number that has NEVER returned a call in 9+ years. When we need service, usually the 800# direct to Dish is the only way.

I just had a horrible experience with this company. The technician was condescending and rude. We were trying to tell him what we already did and he asked my husband if wanted to go to work for CTI. When I called the main officr, they hung up on me. Do not do business with thus company!
