Went there for breakfast, because the place we were going to go to didn’t open until 9. I am glad they didn’t. Biscuits and Gravey where fabulous. I got the $ 7.50 biscuits and gravey and there was so much food. The service was great. Our food came to our table so fast. This place was so warm and inviting, almost like being with family.

Just had breakfast with my family here at the Ultimate Omelette House. Really great experience! Very friendly staff and cozy environment. The quality of the breakfast was really good! Big generous portions from food to drinks. Good price. Will definitely be going here on a regular basis for the next 2 months I am here.

Saw this omelet place while driving by. was close to where we were staying… stopped in nice friendly staff… good coffee… had spinach, tomato, feta cheese omelet. …very good… had the hash brown casserole served with it. …delicious. …they bring a biscuit that is really big, lite and fluffy. .very good..

A great can’t miss place for breakfast. The menu is huge so you have no trouble finding exactly what you want. Dan the owner moves from table to table treating almost everybody. Try this you love it!!!

For many years i have enjoyed going to the Ultimate Omelette. The service is great and friendly. The food especially the Breakfast items are the best in our small town. If you are planning a trip to Daytona, you must stop by. If you are especially hungry (or a little slow cause you embibibed a lil too much) get the full order of biscuits & gravy. It’s been know to cure more then one hangover!

The inside is tiny and very homey. Prices are cheap! I ordered the potato pancakes with eggs and bacon. My boyfriend had an omelet (of course). The food came out quickly! My eggs were absolute perfection. I order my eggs over medium and they don’t always come out that way. The potato pancakes were not what I expected-​in a good way! There was cheese inside and they were crunchy and delicious. Bacon was on point. My boyfriends omelet was apparently «really good». Definitely coming back soon!

Good solid breakfast, on the quick and on the cheap. Not a great neighborhood, but it works.
The homemade biscuits in the biscuits and gravy are big, and fresh, and fluffy, and delicious!
And they are one of the few places in town open for breakfast before 7:00 am.

Good old country breakfast cooking … Service was attentive and appears to be family run and operated. The hash brown casserole was delicious as was the steak/​cheese omelet. Kids and mom loved the pancakes as thick and filling.

My wife and I had breakfast the other morning. The biscuits and gravy was delicious and the only reason that we score this restaurant a 2 star. The french toast and Belgian waffle were less than average. The waffle was chewy. The service was horrible, the server treated us like we were an inconvenience to her day. No smiles, no refills, just a bad experience. The portions were larger than expected and well priced.

I think another reviewer mentioned this, but it’s not the most clean/​updated/​sanitary-​looking place.
We sat ourselves and told the server when we sat down we were in a bit of a hurry. She brought our menus and drinks.
Our server didn’t seem excited to be there– and she showed it all over her face. I didn’t actually notice any of her personality until she had a table of regulars come in. Sadly, she spent a lot of time talking to her regulars, and not so much time on us. I guess that’s the downside of not being from around there.

This place was very welcoming and the waitresses were super sweet. It’s definitely a local place with police officers coming in to eat. The food was fair I did enjoy my egg and sausage but my pancakes really wasn’t that moist. My husband loved the gravy.
