Wow! Just went in to make a return on some wine that was bad when I opened it. Manager, Roosevelt Jackson, was disrespectful and arrogant. It wasn’t just that he didn’t want to exchange/​return the wine; it was his incredibly abrasive manner. He was insulting on a personal level that was completely uncalled for.
I’ve been a Sam’s member for almost 20 years, but I won’t renew my membership if that’s the kind of people they hire. Do yourself a favor, skip Sam’s Club. Gas is just as cheap at WaWa now, so why bother?

Best gas prices in the county. The membership cost can easily be made up for by savings. I like to buy in bulk for non perishables. They also have a good selection on frozen foods. Even organic eggs.

Can’t beat Costco, but this is definitely a good place to shop for your everyday needs at a cheap price. I at least come here to shop once a week and never had a problem. They have everything you need, and if they don’t, then just go right next door to Walmart.

Sam’s is small yet humble. Great finds and prices in wine! Costco may have more high end stuff yet I love the smaller size and the wine samples in Sam’s more.
They carry wine at super low prices with great taste. They run out fast. I love their machines that supply you with free sample items like kleenex.
My favorite moment: getting free bio-​oil samples from Laurie, a super nice salesperson!

I love Sam’s! I recently renewed my membership after being on a hiatus for a few years.
I’m thrilled with their selection of meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables which is enormous.
All of the associates that I’ve came into contact with have been extremely nice and helpful.
The gas station here is also well maintained with tons of pumps! Plus, the fuel is oftentimes cheaper here then at other stations in the area — except during a special event (like speed weeks).
All in all, I’m a fan.

This Sams Club is a joke. They have terrible customer service, never enough check out lanes open. They did put in self check out, but stand over you like you are stealing and now it is for 10 items or less. Never coming here again and I have been shopping at Sams Club for 20+ years. They Suck!!!

This Sam’s club is just what you would expect! We were able to find everything that we needed. The lines move quickly. Typical Sam’s. There is a gas station and plenty of parking.
