I love this store in general, in fact, most of my clothes are from NY&Co… but this location in particular was a little gross and poorly run. The dressing rooms had scuff marks and holes in the walls. The staff unlocked all the doors and just let people help themselves… all three available rooms had clothes in them from the previous people. When I finished trying on my clothes, I couldnt even find the rack to hang my unwanted items. There were two women at the counter for check out, one stepped away briefly and the other then told me she was busy… so I waited for the other girl fo return. Customer service should have come first IMO but I have patience.
Make sure you sign up for coupons thru email, you will usually save 30 percent or more.
