If I could give less than one star, then I would. They cheated me out of $ 30 for a warranty repair when the sunglasses I bought were defective. The woman on the phone told me that they weren’t defective. But first she told me that my claim had been denied because the purchase wasn’t within a year, which it was. Awful company. Will never buy from them again, and you shouldn’t either.

This company makes the BEST glasses out there. They are expensive, but anything quality is going to cost you a little bit. They come with a protective hard case and a soft pouch that can also be used to wipe them clean. They fit my face better than any glasses I have seen on the market, including the other expensive brands like Oakley and Ray Band. These look good, protect your eyes and are sturdy without being bulky or heavy. I had my prized pair for almost four years. About three years in, the earpiece fell off after lots of use(but also careful protection). They replaced my $ 160 sunglasses within a week for a nominal fee($ 30). I enjoyed my favorite glasses for another year before they were broken when someone hit me with a basketball. Again, for 30 bucks they were replaced, this time with a new model because mine was discontinued. I love the product, the service and the dedication this company puts forward and I will never buy another brand of sunglasses. Ever. It is rare to find a group that actually cares about its customers as much as Native does.

I’ve been buying Native sunglasses for 20 years. I like the look a lot. The quality has gone downhill, though, with their product and with their customer service. Their warranty may sound great at first, but with my last 3 claims they’ve found excuses to charge me for replacments anyway. I am buying elsewhere from now on.
