A sick relative asked for some pictures. In a rush to fill her request, we stopped at FedEx to get these printed.
The young girl helping us really wanted to but seemed like she was in training.
The older manager woman did not help and just told the girl what she could not do. I’d hate to work for her and her misery.
They were not helpful at all on an already impossible day and we left instead of dealing with trying to work it out. Some things are not worth the fight (why am I having to fight for getting a picture printed at all?).
Zero/horrible customer service from that manager and she should be replaced. I will definitely not be returning because of her.

This is my go to location when I need professional copies made for business. I have used this location several times to enlarge blueprints from copies or print them from the original files off a thumb drive. They have a large range of capabilities and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is stocked full of office supplies and mailing materials from large boxes, to tubes and every envelope you could ever need. I’ve never used them to ship anything but I think their name proves they can handle any of your shipping needs.
