This was one of my worst«utilities» experience since the time when cell phone service was young. The saddest part was someone knocked on my door to sell the service, thus creating a disconnect from what was promised and the company from the get go. The right hand in this company has no idea what the left hand is doing. They attempted to tack on an extra year to my contract when I moved, and I had to go way up the food chain to put a stop to that(they increased my fees at the year point, but added another 6 months to the contract). Since I canceled my service, their billing department has been a complete disaster to deal with. I have had phone calls with them lasting well over an hour to straighten everything out, to be told everything was fine, followed by a «zero balance» letter, followed by a refund check, followed a few months later by a $ 63 bill. These people seriously have no idea what they are doing, and I am at the point of reporting them to the FCC. Oh, and they insist on billing your credit card monthly so that they get paid no matter what.
