China Wok

Usually I enjoy this place and have ordered delivery from them before, but this time was my last. I ordered 3 simple items which ended up being close to $ 30, usually it would maybe be just under $ 20. Then it took over an hour and a half to get the order, when they told me 45 minutes. The food was not as good as it was before, not sure when they changed everything, but I don’t like it.

Epic fail… General Tso’s Chicken? More like General Tso’s batter/​breading.
I was very disappointed to find no chicken in my meal. I should have known better from a place that’s too cheap to run the air conditioning for their dine-​in customers on a hot summer day.

The food here is fantastic and even though the customer service is barely average, I still continue to order here. My boyfriend and I always order from this place for delivery and they seem to always take quite a bit of time to get our food to us. They say 30 – 40 minutes, but most times it takes about an hour or more. When we call in our order, the lady over the phone has a hard time understanding us and we have a hard time understanding them. Another thing is that we have always ordered the same thing from China Wok, but occassionally the prices always change and we feel like their menu price varies with the New York Stock Exchange. Overall I am still happy to order from them and will continue to give them my business for now.

Have you ever had the worst service experience in your life? Probably, but this place will top that. Walked in with kids running around, and youngsters working in the kitchen. I told the lady at the front desk that I am dinning in, but she was being rude. They still had an hour and half left to close. She made weird expressions when I asked for plates and spoon. She also took the paper menu from my table without asking. I was going to order more food, but I guess that can’t help.
