From the exterior, Chez Paul isn’t terribly impressive. In contrast, the food inside was extremely impressive! There’s the obligatory standard menu. Paul, the chef/owner, came out to our table and chatted with us describing the daily specials. I began with a ceasar salad that was very tasty and ended up getting a filet done perfectly with a sauce with cranberries in a carbernet reduction with melted gorgonzola cheese that was spectacular. The filet was an adaption of one of the chef’s daily specials. I’m not a big dessert person but that was tasty as well. Overall, IMO, I couldn’t have found a better choice for dinner. It’s off the main drag in Daytona across the intracoastal waterway from the strip and has a very cozy, firendly atmosphere. Give it a try!
