If I could give this resort no stars I would. Was very unhappy with the stay there. The décor was so outdated and many things did not work(outlets and lamps). It was beyond dirty finding other people’s hair and dust every where. There was broken damaged drywall in the ceiling that I was worried that it would fall at any time. Saw lots or bugs crawling around and that was the last straw I could only stay there one night before I was so disgusted and had to find other arrangements.

Disgusting gross nasty place. Bleach smell burned my nose … Later figured that was to cover the mold smell. Wouldn’t let the road kill I saw stay here.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, yes it was beach front but still the worst hotel ever, everything in the room was outdated, the rusty fridge, TV and couch was from the 1070’s. I promise you it was, I didn’t even take a bath in the room because it was so dusty, I was just ready to go! I don’t know where to start but I guess I already did! I was on the first floor right(103) to be exact, around the corner from a door that’s open ALL night long. Anybody from the streets could’ve walked in, kicked our room door down and robbed us if they wanted to. There is no security and the people from the front desk are never there, well the little old lady is never there, we only saw her when we checked in. I slept with a chair in front of the door all night long because I was so scared and paranoid but l couldn’t take it anymore so I checked out at 5:00 am and left the key on the dusty little table in the room, I reserved the room online because the pictures fooled the hell out of me! I think Expedia. It was so nasty and I couldn’t get a refund! All I was waited for was a big gigantic RAT to come out of the little smelly dirty laundry room!!! NEVEREVERAGAIN!!!

This hotel is in desperate need of upgrades! The refrigerator had rust all over the bottom of the door! Love seat arm was very worn. I wore socks the whole time we were there. Old TVs, old furniture, no hair dryer. The ceiling tiles were falling down. There was a window, in our bedroom with a blind in it that went through to the hall! All we had to do was move the blind and anyone in the hall could see us! My boyfriend was excited about reserving this place for us on our vacation, because of the reviews and pics online, but was really disappointed. The staff were very nice and friendly. Just a complete disappointment for over $ 200. We also ran out of hot water. The outside bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels in it and no place for them! You still need a regular key to enter the building and your room! Who does this anymore?

Pros: Not your typical, 2 beds hotel room. It’s quite literally condominium style so you have actual rooms, a bathroom, a separate living space, separate dining space, and a fully functional kitchen. If you get a room with a view of the ocean, your stay won’t be too bad. You have a really short walk to the beach and pier. Price isn’t too bad either for what you get. Cons: The building itself is a little outdated. TVs are the newer ‘tube’ TVs. The parking lot is really small so if you plan on having visitors, make sure to carpool. The birds love the balconies so you’ll find their restroom is literally on your back porch. I gave it a 3 because for the price, it’s really a decent place. It’s not AMAZING but it’s not HORRIFYING. Great if you have a large family.

Not a bad hotel but it could surely use some better upkeep. If you enjoy the quaint ambiance of an old school type of feel and don’t particularly care for the traditional hotel experience then this is perfect. Direct access to the beach. But about 4 miles from the main strip of attractions. The pier where you’ll find a great seafood restaraunt is steps away from the pool. The room itself is very spacious. An overall good experience.

I stayed here with my girlfriend to avoid the unfun-ness of staying with her grandmother. For under $ 100 we had a beach front suite, complete with a dinette. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to enjoy Daytona Beach, this is a great bet. Very beachy décor. The pull-out couch had some issues, but we let their staff take care of it. Parking is included in a lot right out front. There’s a small pool area in the back with beach access.
