Major lack of holiday cheer when I called to ask about whether or not they had an ornament in stock. The last time I visited this store, a nice lady had taken my name & number and said she’d call if they received more in a future shipment. But that never happened. So I called to follow up and the lack of enthusiasm to help left a lot to be desired.

You know what you are getting into with Hallmark and the Mall. If you need a card and happen to be at the mall then you can stop in here. I have never been a collector of there stuff nor any of my family so I have saved thousands over the years thank God. The selection of cards are ok but the staff never seem to helpful unless you ask.
