I give this company 0 stars! At the time I purchased my furnace and air conditioner from this company my husband had passed away after a three year battle with colon cancer at the young age of 47. I was a young widow and used his life insurance money to ensure a functioning furnace and air conditioner for the duration of owning my home. For starters, they didn’t finish the install, I had to call them several times to come back and finish. This took several weeks and many days off work to accomplish. Every year since the installation I have had many problems. They have replaced the drip pan, circuit board, motor, and several occasions only cleaned the furnace and have had to charge the air conditioner every year. In my opinion they have put Band-Aids on the systems verses fixing them. In May 2015 I had a inspection done, to my dismay, there is over $ 2000 worth of «fixes» that needs to be done that they should’ve done initially! This week the air conditioner froze up. I called yet again, for the second time this year(they already charged it once), to have them come out and fix it. I told them there is a leak and it needs to be repaired or replaced. The technician said that there is a leak in the line set(yet another item that should’ve been replaced during install). After the tech spoke with my husband(I have since re-married), he said he would waive the charges and schedule an appointment to come out and replace the line set. I haven’t heard back from them and it’s been three days. SAVEYOURSELFSOMEHEADACHESANDDONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY!
