Riley and Todd were great to work with. Saw a watch on line that I really liked, worked out a fair deal with a couple of my watches. Received the watch I wanted and couldn’t be happier. These guys are excellent at what they do and provide superb service. They know watches and aren’t out to cheat people. Highly recommend Todd and Riley at the Guildmark Group!

I had an unfavorable experience with this jeweler. They had a vintage watch that I tried to purchase. I made several attempts to contact them via phone, email and having someone visit their store. They never returned my calls. Their store was not open during normal business hours. They rejected my offer on eBay and sold the watch to someone else without responding to my inquiries.
