What a great place! Everyone was so friendly– the gentleman who initially took the car, the cashier, the nice man who shines shoes and the gentleman who took the time to make sure everything was spotless. Thank you!

The only place I’ll take my car to get washed in Dayton! They always do a great job and I have been going here for years, never had any issues. The guys are always nice and work so hard.
You pull up, they direct you which line to go. A guy will come up to your window and ask you what package you want. You get out of your car and they vacuum the inside of your car. You go inside to their nice air conditioned waiting area which has a vending machine, coffee, shoe shine, cards, car accessories, etc. and a window wall you can watch your car go through the wash in (they have hot wax!). You watch outside the window and when your car is through the wash you can see it get hand dried by 1 – 2 guys and the interior cleaned (windows, dash, wipe down, cupholders, mirrors, etc.) They do it all! Then they raise their hand when they are done and if it’s your car you go out to get it. They ask you to look it over and if you’re satisfied. Then you drive away with a great clean car!
Like I said, never had a bad experience, always do a fantastic job, all the guys who work there are such hard workers. Support local!
Tips:
Ask them about any specials they have when you pull up. They usually have something like the Works on special.
Tuesdays is «ladies day» so ladies you get 25% off! I think men’s day is Wednesday and they get 25% off. My full works car wash is usually anywhere from $ 20 – 25 depending on the specials and day I go.
Bring a few dollars in cash to tip the guys who work so hard and HAND DRY your car and clean your entire interior!

I am fairly new to the Dayton area & was on the prowl for a place that provided outstanding service. After trying out a few local spots, Soft Touch is by far the winner. The staff is very friendly & professional and more than that, they do a consistent, excellent job cleaning the interior & exterior of my car. Check it out for yourself!

Did a nice job with the big stuff. Car looked really good on the outside. Even went the extra mile on some junk that had gotten down in my windows. However still missed some vacuuming shots with some gum wrappers on the center console and the window sills were still dirty s week as the cup holders. I’d still go back but get a lesser package given I got the most expensive service they post at $ 30. Very friendly staff.

I have been in the Dayton area for 9 years. I have been looking for a car wash that does a great job on the inside and outside. Soft Touch Car Wash System is it! I love this place! I have never had a better car wash. Go There!

Based off of Unilocal’s rating system 2-​stars means, «Meh. I’ve experienced better,» which hits the nail on the head for me.
I found out about this place through a living social deal and I thought I’d check it out. My boyfriend and I went the day before the deal expired but we showed up right at close, which was an hour earlier than what is posted on their website. However, we were told that we could redeem the voucher the day after expiration since we couldn’t make it the day that our coupon expired. This was great! However, I would recommend that this company change their website to reflect their current hours for patrons who don’t frequent the place or who are new and have never been. Since we didn’t have any problems redeeming I would have given this place a higher rating for customer service but…
Fast forward to the morning after I got my car detailed. I found that my front window was horrendously streaky, making it difficult to see with the sun shinning directly in. Also, I noticed that the inside of my car wasn’t fully clean/​dusted. There were noticeable areas where they had missed cleaning. Unfortunately, the reason for my noticing the next day, and not the day of, was the fact that it was already dark out and so it was difficult to see everything in detail.
I’m not sure if the detailer was in a hurry to get out of work since it was 30 – 45 minutes away from closing or if it was because I had a coupon but it was very disappointing to see that such a poor job had been done.

They did a great job. My car was FILTHY (crushed goldfish crackers, spilled milk, years of dust), and it is absolutely spotless now. Took around 20 min. The team seemed young (college students?) but were very nice, enthusiastic, and professional.
