Bought a groupon for cupcakes and when I picked them up they were frozen. The icing was cloyingly sweet and the cake was soggy when defrosted. Owner claims to never have had a bad review from her regular customers. Could the fact that I was a groupon customer have ended me up with frozen, disappointing cupcakes?
