Premier Fitness Center – Kettering

SO FAR SO GOOD .I HAVE LOST 47 lbs. SINCE LABOR DAY AND ENJOY WORKING OUT WITH MANY OF THE OTHER PATRONS… SOME OF THE STAFF IS KINDA OF STUCK UP, BUT MOST, LIKE RYAN AND JEREMY ARE REALLY COOL… Guess people expect the world for free, but they are a business too …$ 25.90 a month for 3 yrs, then 15.00 a month after that is not that great of a sacrifice .I go three times a week and ride the RTA there and back… I do wish the Kettering location had a pool and hot tub for the guys… need to figure out a way to make it work ! The Englewood club has a pool that the men can use, but it not very good ?? Only complaint is that the showers, restrooms, and lockers rooms need to be cleaned more often throughout the day !! But over all I am quite satisfied with them as a whole …

I loved this gym. It was small, quiet and had great work out classes and updated equiptment in their new section.
The review is for National Fitness, whom they do their financials and collections through.
This place is a NIGHTMARE and not worth the cheap membership. I signed up for a 3 year contract, knowing I was moving to Columbus within the next 2 years.
This contract requires you submit 2 forms of proof that you have moved and has not accepted any of the 5 forms I have submitted FROM THEIR LIST because of tiny details they never specified to me.
Its insane. At this point I feel like they are scamming me out of my money, since I havent been living in Dayton for 2 months. Thats 50 dollars for a gym membership I’m not using and for a student, thats a lot of money.
I filed a complaint witht he Better Business Bureau and Attorney General with hopes that these people will let me out of my contract. I just want it to be over and done.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Rip Off!!! They don’t deserve the one star I gave. I paid for a 1yr membership and extended for 6mos. Called to cancel and the had extended a whole year. Won’t let me out of contract and the MGR of Woodman Dr location won’t return call.

their 3 year contract is bullshit and impossible to get out of even if you move away from one of their gyms. i think its a 25 mile radius? who the hell drives 25 minutes to work out? the trainers here are completely rude and hate helping people. the machines are outdated. the only good thing about this place is that there is a pool. thats it.
