I’ve tried just about everything here… The potatoes are great; I would like the recipe. The meatballs are really tasty and they should add a meatball sub to the menu. I have tried the pepperoni and the spinach stromboli and both are good but I prefer the spinach. The veggie pizza is my favorite. The veggie toppings are fresh and not overcooked and there is a nice use of herbs on the pizza. I like that they make the pizza crust from scratch.

The pizza was fine but small for the price. Pasta salad bland. Cashier didn’t seem that nice. For 7.50, the pizza slice should be bigger like Sbarro, and you definitely should not be charged 75 cents for a drink refill. Ridiculous! They also charge for sauce if you get breadsticks lol. I will not go back.

Employee couldn’t have cared less about what I wanted. At least seem like you enjoy working in the hospitality industry. Mall pizza is right. Not a big variety. Wish this place luck, it’ll need it.

Ate here for the first time, the service was just«ok» the employees really seemed like they’d rather not be helping customers, the pizza was what you would expect in the mall and the prices were decent, I had no complaints until my credit card was double charged, there is no corporate number and when you attempt to get a hold of them using customer service desk in the mall you can’t ever get an answer, hopefully I will be able to dispute the charge and make sure never to eat here again.

Phantom pizza is new to the food court at Fairfield mall. It replace the former Sbarro pizza. During my visit the service was slow and employees seem confused and not really trained. Also employees were not friendly and didn’t greet customers. The pizza I ordered seemed old and dried out and tasted awful. The prices seemed normal to what you see in mall setting.
