Excellent service. The manager greeted us when we walked in and checked on us to make sure we liked our food. The Toasted Reuben was tasty! My fiancé liked her Italian. The rest of the staff was friendly and communicated well i.e. when our order would be ready. As a customer you can tell they take a lot of pride in the place… all the common areas were clean.

Pretty standard for Penn Station. The entrance was a bit awkward. When you first walk in, tables and booths are blocking your way to order. Food as always was good and made to order. Staff was reasonably friendly, although the cashier might have gotten annoyed with my indecision.

Penn Station Overpriced good subs? Does that make any sense to you people? I love their food, but it is just not a place that you can eat at on any sort of regular basis because even the small subs seem to expensive for a college budget The way to do it is come when they have their monthly special and get that, no matter what it is, it comes with fries, and a drink for like 9 bucks which is way better then if you bought them all individually. Get the Dagwood, Any Meat Any Cheese Any Toppings Any Sauce All pilled high on delicious bread. The frys here are thick cut, and delicious, add a splash of malt vinger and I’m a fan.

OK — Seriously. Will someone please explain the rationing of vegetables in this town? Do tomato and lettuce farmers now need bailed out? Don’t get me wrong, I had a tasty sub here tonight, but I’m pretty sure we got 4 small pieces of iceberg and 3 small slices of tomato — about the size of a half dollar on a large sub(that’s 9 bucks folks). If I’m going to pay 9 bucks for a sandwich you better damn well make sure you give me some lettuce and tomato! The subs are good, but you’d better ask for extra veggies if you want a normal portion. What’s the deal with that?
