Papa John’s Pizza

So, I took a chance and regretted it before the pizza got here. I ordered at 9:50 and got my pizza after 11 pm. It was ice cold and hard as a rock as well. I will say they were very apologetic and friendly (when delivered and on the phone) about it. Of course no discounts were given for the extra half hour wait or awful pizza, but they were nice. Had I known the true time it was going to take (not the 30 – 40 they told me) and that they were wildly understaffed I wouldn’t have ordered, which would also fall under customer service.
Honestly had the pizza been cooked for a 60 – 70 minute delivery and not a 30 – 40 minute delivery and had it been worth eating or half of what I paid, I might have not even cared about the time.
