Went in for some wiper blades. The Wiper Blade Computer wasn’t functioning properly, so had to go to the counter. Bob the Manager sold me the wrong blades, but he’s not a Jeep Guy and didn’t realize the computer was telling him to give me the blade size for the back window instead of the front. Went back in after realizing what was in the package was too big, and after struggling with the computer a bit got the correct blades. Friendly service, though– fix the WBC and another star is in the offing.

e customer service is poor. I’m tired of this place ignoring when your in their store. Four guys on the counter today and only one is with a customer. Not ones single acknowledgement from them. I live here and everytime I go there I think why did I bother. Last straw for me I’d rather drive to Carson than give them my money. They never have anything in stock either.
