Everyone talks about the muffins but the breakfast sandwiches are also top notch! I’ve always loved this place — any of the muffins that had cheesecake in the name are amazing(they have cream cheese in them). And the bagels are well made also — don’t miss them! And I really like the breakfast sandwiches here because, unlike many bagel chains, they don’t use those nasty egg patties but real egg cooked to order. The staff has always been lovely — I’ve run into the owner/family over the last twenty years there many times and she is always friendly and smiling. This place has been around a long time for a reason… The décor and style may be dated, but the quality and the people have been top notch for over two decades, maybe more. Support a great local business(one of the few non-chains in our suburban area) and come to MGM&B!

They really do have a variety of delicious and unique muffins!!! Definitely try them if you want muffins that are something beyond the traditional muffin flavors, you’ll have trouble deciding though.(Also, they have the traditional ones too.)

Have always loved this place. However, today they got my order wrong. When I mentioned it to the lady in the kitchen she diverted me to the original person who took my order. She had a huge line… Just make it right! I had my receipt…

I’m not a big bagel fan but my wife loves them. I love the muffins, lots of choices. Wife’s favorite is the sesame bagel.

My muffin was ok, nothing great. The edges were slightly dry, and not too moist. Overall the taste was lacking. I ordered a blueberry muffin, and really couldn’t detect a strong blueberry flavor. I was off put when I saw propaganda for gun toting anti human right groups littering the counter near the cash register. Nothing goes down better than a dry muffin and burnt coffee than a side of hate.

Mini muffins are great. You have a wide variety of choices so mix and match works great. Bagel sandwiches are also a good choice for lunch. And to top it off, the staff is excellent. I stop here often and always been well satisfied.

Great muffins and bagels in a very family friendly atmosphere. The staff is excellent and they always get your order right. The lunch sandwiches are also some of the better ones in the area.

I was just in town for the day and someone mentioned this place so I stopped in. It’s much nicer and larger on the inside than it appears from the street. The food is very fresh and the bread for the sandwiches is more flavorful than any Subway. I recommend the twisted bread for your sandwich. I haven’t had the coffee yet or the muffins, but a double chocolate muffin and regular black have my name on it before I leave.

My heart has already been stolen by another muffin(The Underdog Café, Yellow Springs), so I knew«My Favorite Muffin» didn’t stand a chance on winning my affections. But I thought the possibility of a friendly atmosphere and casual hang-out location would win me over. I like to sit in coffee houses with my laptop. I’m what some would disdainfully label a hipster, but I’m completely neutral about the term. Walking into My Favorite Muffin, I caught sight of the impressive selection of flavors and deliciousness behind the counter. It was fairly busy when I arrived, and I took my time looking at every single muffin(I mean, you can’t be hasty about these things!). I was put off by the girl behind the counter asking me several times if I was ready to order. I ordered a lemon poppy seed, which was fairly average for a place that specializes in muffins. Also, there are no gluten-free options, which saddened me immensely. I should have figured with this being in Centerville and located in a shopping center that also houses Earth Fare, that the clientele at MFM would be mostly older, white, middle to upper class. Which is fine and everything, but not really what I was looking for. Bottom line, this is a decent place to have breakfast, but nothing special.

Yummy bagels, breakfast sandwiches and muffins! Free wifi is awesome and get a cup of coffee and hang out, the smells are wonderful. A cozy neighborhood place to go! The staff is always friendly and you never know who you will see there! My faves are the bagel breakfast sandwiches and — don’t hate me a toasted asiago bagel with strawberry cream cheeze! Oh its way yummy. No kidding. Don’t miss a chance to come here!

A huge selection of tasty muffins, and not to mention… they are HUGE! Also a large selection of bagels, with a bunch of different flavors of cream cheese(I love variety). A great place for a small lunch, I’ve found their sandwiches to be quite tasty! The service is usually quick. The inside is very tidy and cute. My only gripe is that they close pretty early so we don’t always make it in time :)

Whose favorite muffin? My favorite muffin. Blueberry coffeecake. How can that be my favorite? I like blueberries, coffee, and cake. So maybe. The only other one Ive tried is the cinnamon bun muffin. There are how many different kinds. Probably a million, I can’t count. Brewster’s coffee in ten or so varietals. Roasted and blended by Punky Brewster herself. They also have sandwiches and bagels. Although it says & Bagel, the actual sign only says muffin. So it’s not called my favorite bagel. I refuse to except it. It cannot be both my favorite muffin and my favorite bagel. That just takes up to many of my favorites. It’s a great place to go if you are looking for some coffee and a muffin and you are in the cross pointe center area in the am. 2.99 for a big muffin and coffee is actually a great price. Let me compare it to Starbucks to give those of you that live under a rock a better idea. 10 dollars for a muffin and 5 dollars for a regular coffee. A total of 15 dollars. See… times I used favorite. seven.
