The worst hotel I have ever stayed in
First step in the stairwell strong smell, get to hallway stronger, get to room horrible no amount of neutralizer, Lysol or fa breeze could help the smell in this hotel. Our group occupied 22 rooms. With a multitude of problems, clogged sink, clogged toilet, varying smells in each and every room, two students ended up with allergic reactions after being bit by what we believe were Bed Bugs. One swelled so badly we had to take to the hospital. Funny thing our students changed rooms due to the «bug» issue, however, the next day the same rooms were occupied by someone else. What??? No treatment, exam, wouldn’t the room have to be taken out of service for treatment? AMAZING.
I don’t think the floor is ever vacuumed. I made certain not to walk out of the shower onto the carpet without putting on my socks as I was afraid I’d have to shower again. Being a chaperone in our group I got to see many of the rooms while doing room check for our students. The chairs in most of the rooms I did room checks on were stained and dirty. Some rooms didn’t have as strong a smell as others, but a lot had the smell of cigarette smoke and pets. Bad air quality, my wife had to use her inhaler for the first time in about a year.
It is a shame that this is in such bad shape as the people running are pleasant, just I believe overwhelmed and maybe they don’t have the resources to fix, clean & whatever else to bring the standard up. How they are maintained as a franchise is beyond me.
The saying is true, you get what you pay for and now knowing this, our organizer will never put our students or parent chaperones through this again.

Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! DON’T STAY HERE!
Here’s what I wrote in my letter of complaint:
«Beginning with the bathroom: mold was visible on the shower walls and curtain. Hair from a previous occupant was visible, stuck on the shower wall. Hair from a previous guest was also stuck to the side of the toilet. The mirrors, both in the bathroom and main room, were poorly cleaned. The floor was not vacuumed: many small pieces of debris were visible. A beanie hat from a previous occupant was behind the dresser. A pen cap, not belonging to me, was found under the nightstand. The upholstery on the chairs was stained and dirty. While the refrigerator was in good condition, the microwave was unusable: a food mess from a previous occupant had not been cleaned. Moreover, the entire room, including the bedding, smelled like cigarette smoke and stale urine.»
This place is gross!
