7 weeks, two trips and still not done. When dropped off for resole pair shoes they said 3 weeks or less and they would call. After 3−½ weeks I called several times a day for several days. No answer and no message returned. After 4 weeks they finally answered. When I picked up the wrong sole was put on one shoe and no work on the other. 3 weeks later (still no call from them, I had to keep calling). Wrong sole replaced but still no work on second shoe. Not the Helm’s of old.
