Kind of odd location at back of mall but quiet and convenient access to main roads, the mall and multiple restaurants. Breakfast in mornings is decent and a friendly staff at all times who are very helpful. Wifi was good speed and my room was very large with great desk and couch sitting area. If in this area I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I also wish there was a way to post a review with zero stars or less. This hotel has to be one of the most mismanaged Hilton Properties I have ever booked. I complained about loud pounding from the room above me for several hours. Apparently, there were other complaints including smoking from the vicinity of the room, pounding, etc. The 18 year old on duty told me the room occupants denied ever getting off the couch so there was nothing she could do… I was later told by another guest that he thought the occupants were friends or family of someone associated with the hotel. …however little dingbat offered to down grade me to another room. Great customer service

Wish I could give this hotel a negative star review but unfortunately Unilocal only allows a 1 star review minimum. My sister and her husband made a reservation at this hotel 3 months in advance of their wedding night. They showed up after the reception only to be told there was no rooms available at the hotel(they overbooked). The front desk told them she had no ability to provide a refund or provide any other source of compensation for this hotel’s utter incompetence. She only passed off responsibility on a manager that wouldn’t answer his phone. Top notch customer service. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel in any way possible or even Hilton brands for that matter. I’ve always stayed at Marriott properties and this poor experience further reinforces that choice. There’s no excuse for screwing up a reservation like this. And beyond that no excuse for not even providing any source of apology. Yikes.

I left an outfit at the hotel, and called to inquire about it’s return. The hotel staff rudely suggested that the outfit may be in the luggage of a person I stayed with, and implied that we were together, which was highly innapropriate. After the staff insisted that the outfit had not been left, the person I stayed with contacted the hotel’s management. They were very immature, irrevocably ignorant, no help at all, and provided a horrible experience.

4Stars for $ 100! Love this Hampton. Newer building. Great design. COMFORTABLE bed & lots of water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was delightful. And they had THEWEEK magazine on the table to read. Good Taste!

This hotel is newer, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The free breakfast and coffee bar is a bonus. However, the front desk staff is exceptional — especially Darlene. Would definitely stay again!

It’s always nice to stay in a hotel that’s fairly new. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and we’d have eaten breakfast there if we hadn’t had our hearts set on going the The Original Pancake House nearby. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the area!
