I used to be a regular customer(emphasis on «used to be») coming in once or twice a week for breakfast. Employees will probably know exactly who I am while reading this review. I loved this Frisch’s location, loved the staff and left great tips each visit. Until Laura the manager left. I noticed an immediate decline in the customer service, and also the quickness of service. I used to order my «regular»(shout out to the amazing Leon!) and I would have it within ten minutes… not anymore. I decided to write this review today after the service I received this morning left me cold. My son’s girlfriend flew in from Denver late last night and we woke early just to have breakfast at Frisch’s. They ordered the breakfast bar along with my husband, and I ordered my usual from the menu. Shortly after ordering, they realized how NOT hungry they were and both only had a bowl of fruit. I asked my server(who knows us) if we could adjust the bill and be charged only for the fruit and not $ 7+ each for the full bar. After checking with this newer manager, who is EXTREMELY unfriendly by the way and part of the reason I cut down my weekly visits, my server(the head server) came back apologizing and stated the manager said because she«already put it in as the bar» it could not be adjusted. What??? You’re the manager lady!!! Whatever… I paid $ 37 for one full bar, a $ 5 plate of french toast and two bowls of fruit. I could have gone to IHOP. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this place in the last year… if not more, and this is the thanks we get? This experience completely soured me on Frisch’s and I wont be back. I am sure other servers at First Watch, iHop, Bob’s or elsewhere will enjoy my generous tips. Sorry Nikki and Leon… you guys are wonderful!

Worst food ever. Ate there Sunday morning with five others. Most of the buffet was gone and the rest was sitting since open.(biscuits had to be cut with knife) I asked for more chicken, I’m not joking, they brought out ten small nuggets that were burnt. During the whole time, all I could focus on was the manager complaining about work yesterday. You’d figure the owner would have fixed the problems by now since opening 4 years ago. I knew this place had problems, but I tried to go local.(by the way, I own a business across the street). This store should always be busy b/c of its location. That’s what you get with poor staff and no owner present… I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and I’ll also say they will never change. It’s been horrible for 4 years.

You get what you pay for. Great service for the price, though.

I went here thinking it was like Bob’s in California, but I was wrong. My kids were hungry and got the spaghetti, which they seemed to enjoy. I wasn’t hungry so I got the strawberry piebaby, really wasn’t that good and didn’t taste fresh other than the whipped cream they piled on top. My husband had the big boy burger, nothing special, dry and flavorless. We also had the lemonade that tasted like pure sugar water. Although we didn’t eat it everyone seemed to be enjoying the breakfast buffet, but we probably won’t return. The staff was super friendly though.

I stop here for lunch once or twice a month. I am always seated quickly, by a friendly hostess. My servers are always friendly and polite. The one time my order came out wrong(minor error, wrong type of cheese) I didn’t feel compelled to complain, but the server noticed the mistake as she set my plate down and hurried to correct it. Basically I always get what i expect here, typical friendly Big Boy service. :)

Will never eat here again. Got the breakfast buffet for me and my daughter. They had enough for one person to eat. They did not replenish it at all in spite of claims that they would. $ 18.00 for breakfast that my daughter and I could not eat. Never again will I visit this place. Also, much like another reviewer wrote for this establishment, the crew is standing around gossiping and not doing anything about the buffet that needs replenishing.

I’ve never eaten at a Frisch’s, so I figured I’d give this place a shot. This is among the worst fast food I’ve ever eaten, it makes McDonald’s and Burger King seem like gourmet. The sandwiches we ordered were coated in mayo to the point the whole sandwich was sopping wet with it. The fries had that disgusting old, stale, soggy, cooked in 3 week old vegetable oil taste. I’ll never eat here again and would strongly recommend you eat elsewhere.

Okay, I will admit it’s never a good idea to visit an establishment 20 minutes before closing, but we were hungry and nothing else was open. Also, it looked really nice from the road. Thats where the nice stopped. We did keep it simple, a Big Boy and fries. Not too difficult right? Food tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Fries were cold to the touch. I asked my waitress if they could drop them again, she informed me the kitchen had already closed. Her manager said she would refund me if I stopped eating and raked them off my plate. Btw, the manager was incredibly grumpy and should consider a different profession. Terrible customer service.

This is a very new location. Yet it’s aggravating and makes me claustrophobic. There is no room to move around. The architect who designed this particular location needs to go back to school. Staff is terrible, management is apathetic. The food is lousy. We’ve dined there several times. The location is convenient, so we keep going back. DUH!

I’ve been here twice since they opened this location and both times the service was poor and they messed up the order. I’ll keep going to Bob Evans from now on.

Brand spankin’ new restaurant with its own traffic light(how’d they manage that?!). The boy and I stopped here mainly out of desperation after sleeping in a little too long and missing the lunch hours of the 1st2 places we stopped. New and clean? Yes. Kinda confusing? Um, yeah. Somehow, we had 4 different servers. 1st one took our drink order. 2nd one brought us our drinks. Back to the 1st one to take our food order. 3rd one to bring us the wrong food. 3rd one brought us the right food. Found a hair in my food and didn’t want to eat any more. 4th one to bring us the check. Maybe they don’t have all the wrinkles worked out, but not an experience that makes me want to come back!
