Fox Cleaners Inc Centerville Store

Today was my second visit and my last. Between the two visits, I had a total of 12 shirts and 2 slacks (all business wear) laundered/​cleaned. The shirts (no starch), had pressed in wrinkles at the cuffs and on the side seams. The shirt long sleeves were folded in various ways when stacked together, which produced creases. I also found pressed in wrinkles on the layered cuffs.
Unfortunately, the slacks were the icing on the cake. Week one pant was charged at one price. The second pair, a polyester blend, was labeled as «grey wool». Before leaving the store, I mentioned to the woman that the slacks were not wool as listed on the receipt. She said, «Oh, I’ll change that». When I went to pick up the slacks today, a week later, I mentioned that the pants were not wool and the price was to have been changed per the previous store employee. This woman refused stating that the prior week there must have a been a «pants special». She explained that my current price is always the price for slacks…$ 8.00 bucks a pair? WHAT the !!! My pants (trust me — I can’t wear wool) are a blend and even listed that way on the label. I told her they were not wool. She did not and would not budge.
Needless to say, I will tweet, blog and recant my experience several times (I work in higher education and speak with 500 to 1,000 people a month, plus, I hold membership in several other professional organizations). I would be remiss if I let this happen to someone else.
