I got fettuccine Alfredo, and it tasted awesome. but my boyfriend got pizza that has sat there all day and was rubbery. and the breadsticks were so greasy that the grease dropped down your face and they gushed when you bit into it. the one by the Dayton mall is way better.

Very disappointing. The place was a mess with half of the tables not even bussed. The drink bar was out of ice, no straws etc. When our meals came there was a soggy breadstick shoved in the bowl. Not once did anyone ask us how things were and no one came by with breadsticks.

Fast food-ish place with lots of combinations. Nice relaxing dining room. Free refills on soft drinks. Very kid-friendly with a family night once a week. Near other restaurants in the area comparable. Nice bread sticks! Good job, guys!

Wanted some quick Italian take home and had a coupon for the Sampler, a portion each of spaghetti, Alfredo and lasagna. When I ordered, I asked it I could substitute an additional portion of spaghetti instead of the Alfredo which I hate.
After three times asking and being assured that was fine, when I got home of course there was no spaghetti and double Alfredo. Seems like a simple thing but I guess anything special is too hard to accomplish.
Two stars for the garlic bread and the coupon. No stars for the service means one star for this trip.
