Extreme’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve been using Extreme’s One Hour since 2004. They installed a new Trane A/​C and Heat Pump in our 1500 sq foot ranch in Beavercreek, Ohio in 2006. We used fuel oil, and after interviewing multiple contractors, Extreme seemed to know the most about our system. It was a great overall experience and the price was very competitive. They did the yearly checkups until we moved to Bellbrook, Ohio in 2012. I’ve had Extreme out to our new house every year for A/​C and Heating checkups. I also recommended them to my brother, who had a new A/​C and blower installed in 2013. Their prices haven’t went up and the service is still outstanding. I figured it was time to give them a positive review. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the fast service last week!

I did my research online and decided to try Extreme’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. I was a little concerned being my first experience with the company but I’m so pleased with service I received. Our technician (Matt) was professional, HONEST, and wasted no time troubleshooting our problem and only replacing what was needed. Price was fair.

My wife and I recently moved to another home and one of the items that we felt needed to be addressed was the HVAC system. We had a service contract with one of the local HVAC companies at our previous home therefore we called them to perform the standard biannual (spring) inspection at our new home. The service technician who came out indicated that the AC portion of system was on its last leg and recommended that it be replaced. We had many years of history with the company performing the inspection plus we had this same company install two heating systems and one AC system into our previous homes and have always been satisfied with their workmanship. Basically they were almost guaranteed the business based on my past dealings with this company however as a good consumer I felt that I should get a 2^nd quotation.
Although cost is always an issue, customer service and product knowledge are also important considerations which is how Extreme got my business. I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism of both Extreme’s sales staff and installation team.
