I called the company after hours(about 9pm) after my unsuccessful attempt to install a new AC motor and capacitor myself earlier in the evening. After rehashing what I had done up to that point, they spent 15 minutes on the phone with me troubleshooting the issue after I sent a photo of the wiring setup. I was again unsuccessful that night(it turns out the capacitor that was sold to me previously was incorrect but otherwise all wiring was correct). They offered to come to Houston, even though it is a solid hour drive, the next day to help troubleshoot in person. They quickly realized the capacitor was incorrect and switched out a new one and the system immediately worked. I had called five other 24⁄7 phone numbers that night and no one at any other company even answered the phone. I recommend this company with the highest enthusiasm and will call them should I need additional AC work in the future.

I called the company I’ve used for 30 years to come out on Saturday because my A/C was not cooling for an after hours fee: $ 129.99. Decided to find a more reasonable referral from HomeAdvisor. First up was a company I’d never heard of: Cucco’s.whose 300+ reviews on Home Advisor were 5-star. Their fees are the same whether in– or after-hours, a third of what my old company charges. They came within 3 or 4 hours, but by then the A/C started cooling again and they charged me ZERO for the trip. Phuc, the electrician, just happened to live near here and even gave me his personal number to call. My old company just lost my account to Cucco’s.

I called last Friday about getting a quote on our a/c 5 ton. We have 2 but wanted to replace one for sure. i called cucco’s based on a friends high recommendation. The receptionist was very polite and said she would email a quote. I got a quote on financing but never one the a/c, after repeated emails and calls I gave up Wednesday of the next week and called another company that came out same day and are putting them in this weekend.

Bought 2 air condition units from them in the last few months. Very good service and on time installation. However, the project manager came by to check the units and work. My husband pointed out that something was missing on the larger outside unit. The project manager promised to correct the issue. We haven’t seen them since. We were told that switching out our less than 10 year old units would improve air flow, our electricity bills and much more. Well, that has not happened at all. Our larger downstairs unit has not been functioning very well at all lately. In other words, it is set on 73 and never gets cooler than 76. We called today to ask for service. No return call yet. Further, I have a friend in Texas that owns a very successful A/C and heating installation business. When I sent him the cost of our new system, he was appauled. He stated that he would never charge anyone that for the system that we purchased. He said that his conscience would get the best of him. Do your research and be careful.

I’m an out state property manager for a residence in Conroe, Texas. I’ve never meet Doug but he was responsive and diligent in regards to a evap coil replacement and follow up when I had a question. Some techs give me the run around. He offered to do a one time free Spring cleaning months after the unit was purchased and paid for without my asking. Nice.
